Annual Bible Verse

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

Joshua 1:9 (NIV)

Annual Bible Verse

Before the school year even begins, faculty and staff spend time talking, thinking, and praying about an annual Bible verse.  This verse becomes an anchor for our year, a verse that we store up in our hearts and use to guide our thoughts and actions throughout the year.  The annual Bible verse is shared with our community during our first Chapel as we begin the year focused on God’s Truth.

Previous Annual Bible Verses

Our verses from the past years are the following:

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Matthew 5:16

Let your light shine before men, that. they may see your good works, and. glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Romans 12:2

Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Psalm 100.2

Serve the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

Isaiah 40:31

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not grow faint.

1 Corinthians 11:1

Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.

Romans 12:10

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:13-14 (two years)

Weekly Chapel

Weekly Chapel is truly an inspiring event. Faculty, staff, students, and families gather as a community to worship the Lord.  Music fills the room as a live band plays worship songs.  We experience a powerful message that allows all those attending to deepen their faith and understanding in the Lord Jesus Christ. Students are able to participate in Chapel by reading scripture, praying, and helping with the technology (slides, soundboard).  All parents are encouraged to attend our Weekly Chapel and experience the joy of the Lord!.
