How to apply
Step 1: Apply Online
All prospective students should request admission to the School by submitting an online application. Complete the online application and request the required current teacher referrals. New users will be prompted to create an application account.
Step 2: Schedule an Interview
Once the online application is submitted, contact the Admissions Department to schedule an interview. This interview provides the opportunity to ask questions about our school community and gives us a chance to learn more about your family.
Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents
Required supporting documents include: child’s birth certificate, teacher referrals (requested when completing online application), transcripts/progress reports, standardized test results, benchmark testing results.
Step 4: Schedule Student Assessment, Shadow Day, and Division Head Interview
A full or half day shadow experience will be scheduled for all applicants as part of the admissions process. Our shadow day process provides students with an opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a Providence Academy student.
Acceptance
Acceptance into Providence Academy will be determined after all requested items have been received and admissions testing has been completed and evaluated. Once accepted, the School will send you a letter of acceptance with instructions for completing the online enrollment contract.
Anti-discrimination Policy
All decisions concerning admission to Providence Academy are based upon the personal qualifications of the applicant, without regard to race, creed, color, or national origin. Furthermore, Providence Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid, athletic, and other school-administered programs.
