Providence Academy Art Studio: Honoring Our Veterans Through Creativity
Floral Tributes in Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten
Our students are working hard to prepare special creations for our upcoming Veterans Day concert. Through our Providence Academy Veterans Art Program, students use creative projects to celebrate service and sacrifice.
Our youngest artists in Junior Kindergarten made poppy flowers from coffee filters. Meanwhile, Kindergarten students created beautiful poppy flower wreaths to display.

Military Branches and Collaborative Flag Creations
Elementary students also explored patriotism through historical study and artistic expression. First and second graders learned about the branches of the United States military. Afterward, students created artwork representing each branch of service.
Third and fourth graders joined forces on an ambitious project. The students worked together to create an impressive 24-foot-wide American flag.

Middle School Grid Art and Reflection
Middle school artists also collaborated on a detailed piece for the upcoming concert. The students completed a collaborative grid drawing to honor veterans who served our country.

Throughout every grade level, students learned about the true meaning behind Veterans Day. Through our Providence Academy Veterans Art Program, students express gratitude and respect through their creative work.
