Providence Academy Back to School Nights: Experiencing Student Life
Community Fellowship and Head of School Address
This week, our campus hosted two wonderful Providence Academy Back to School Nights. First, Lower School parents gathered on Tuesday evening, while Middle School parents met on Thursday.
Both nights began in the cafeteria with a warm time of parent fellowship. Afterward, Head of School Janet M. Hale delivered an inspiring address to open the evening.
Experiencing a Day in the Life
Following the address, parents moved into the classrooms for an inside look at student life. These special evenings gave families an amazing opportunity to connect with teachers and subjects. Parents even sat at their children’s desks to experience a day in the life of a student.
Loving Notes and Special Classroom Surprises
While sitting at the desks, parents wrote loving notes of encouragement for their children. Some parents also playfully moved a few desk items as a fun morning surprise.
The next morning, students grinned as they discovered the hidden notes and playful desk changes. Our Providence Academy Back to School Nights strengthen the partnership between home and school. Thank you to all the parents who joined us to make these evenings so memorable!
