Providence Academy Buddy Day: Scavenger Hunts and Smiles
Gathering Together in Buddy Chapel
Our school campus overflowed with joy during our special Providence Academy Buddy Day earlier this week. Students first gathered together for an uplifting Buddy Chapel to set a loving tone for the day.
Afterward, buddy pairs set off across campus on an exciting scavenger hunt adventure.
Exploring Campus with Scavenger Hunt Passports
Each buddy team received a special scavenger hunt passport to collect stickers at stations throughout the school. At every stop, students completed creative tasks together to strengthen their friendship. For example, buddies invented unique handshakes and shared their favorite playground spots with one another.
Fun Tasks and Shared Scripture
Students also imagined what they would do if they became Head of School for a day. Most importantly, buddies took time at key stops to engage together in God’s Word.
Smiles, laughter, love, and kindness filled our halls throughout the entire event. Ultimately, our Providence Academy Buddy Day reminded us of the beauty of Christian community across all age groups!
